It not only enhances grinding efficiency and boosts fluidity, but also elevates raw glaze strength and minimizes drying contraction, ensuring a robust and stable bond. This prevents any chipping or falling off. Moreover, glaze slurry enriched with Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) offers excellent water retention properties. This results in a uniformly dried glaze layer, producing a flat, tight surface that becomes flawlessly smooth upon firing, greatly enhancing final glaze effectiveness.
